Shore Point did make a delivery Wed. They are one of the largest distributors in the state.

So the bar that they didn’t get permission to build when they did what started out as a little plastic table then metamorphosis into a three sided bar and just built it which is on town property because they just took over the sidewalk and now have outside entertainment is OK across the street from the senior citizen building. It’s a block party on eighth avenue. The citizen of the year Jean Murray must be enjoying the free concert since it’s coming from the south end of town not the north end of town which is where Salt and Ollie Klein’s music would come from. Good thing the police departments they are getting their Cinco De mayo tacos. I’m sure they’re enforcing the occupancy under the tent on the Borough property right? Has anybody looked into what the actual occupancy on 10th Ave. burrito’s year round tent is?

What’s the scoop on the tents in the parking lot now, right next to the Porto-Sans?

When is the saturation point in the Borough of Belmar for alcohol consumption reached? Nice site driving down the avenue. Add the Brewery and Anchor and it shows what we have become. This is the way we revitalize Main Street businesses. Isn’t it time to close 10th Ave. because it could be competition for 9th Ave. or Marina Grill?

Appalling! This business has a permit for loud outdoor music?

Very disresptful to the seniors at senior building. This noise pollution is surely causing them a lot of anxiety.

Belmar is outta control with all the bars and outdoor music. Kudos to whomever made the video to document the lack of respect 10th Ave burrito is showing to the seniors

Brian, the owner of 10th Ave Burrito, has commented on this site before so I’ll ask-
Brian, did you get permission from the town to erect a tent in the parking lot and if so, by who specifically ?

Hey, the Seniors have no right to b!tch about the caliope and noise coming out of the property directly across from their Federally financed building because that “property” was across the State roadway before they moved into their building, right? They are too frightened of everything to complain anyway you look at it. There are only so many fights left in them that they can’t fight city hall anymore their declining years.
