Obviously no one cares at the State. The compliance statement uses the words “may” and “can”, which means maybe or maybe not or can be or cannot care too. Smh

Above the law. Look at the illegal bar he built in the rear yard of the property which expanded his use without any approvals from borough hall.

#3 which pictures show the outdoor illegal bar? Let’s get them in front of M&C and ask to see the approvals for this. If illegal wouldn’t that be an ABC violation which could shut them down.

One of the restrictions many years back on DJ’s license was that a person was not able to buy two or more drinks at a time. This was to prevent bartenders from over serving as many times the person buying would actually drink both themselves – shocker! I can still remember the meeting where that dope Brian McGovern was fully endorsing overturning the restriction saying, “If I am there with someone why shouldn’t I be able to buy a drink and bring it back to the person I am there with?” Shocking you dope….look at these kooks double fisting and one classy lady with 2 bottles up to her lips at once. Brian your great work and solid judgement continue to impact our town everyday. But you don’t care as the DJ’s trash does not make it’s way down to bother you up on your hill by Silver Lake. Thanks Brian!

The picture of the guy in the white shirt with no sleeves has a ring in his hand attached to a string – a common bar game. But what is unique about this activity is that it occurs in an area of illegal expansion of the Djais back yard drinking area. The wall that the hook is on where he is trying to land the ring is actually the fence on the far south side of the parking lot. The eastern side of this same area where the the player is standing is wide open to the parking lot and facing Ocean Ave. 100% illegal. M&C are you listening?

Accident on 8th Ave at the old age women. A woman hit crossing 8th with a walker. She was hurt and taken to the hospital. They/police took the driver for blood test. Eigth was shut down and the drivers car was sitting there. Happened about 5PM I think. We were walking past about 5:30 or so.

#13.Get the facts straight before you post it. How about showing respect for those of us living at the senior building! Why does every report bring up the woman used a walker? Very discriminatory…Please out of respect for those of us distraught over this accident..say nothing.

#14 according to the article, she was using a walker. I think that #15 probably saw that she was using a walker and was just pointing it out as a matter of fact. I don’t think that it’s discriminatory to say that. If the person struck was in a wheelchair or on a bicycle or on crutches or rollerblades or used a cane surely that’s ok to point out. A pedestrian walking along the crosswalk with a walker should have been seen. The driver was texting or looking at phone. I would bet anything on that.

“A person committed a crime.” How are the authorities gonna catch him/her/trans/whatever – what is the crime? Robbing a generic store? Some random human hitting a generic human with a vehicle of some sort? Or let the crime-doer go about doing what he/she/blah blah does because there is no duality, in other words, we are all one and what you do to one person, you do to everyone because there is no separation? And then eliminate the word “you” because I am you and you are me, and we are all together, goo goo ga joob…pass me a headache pill. Go to court with that.

What is my point? Details, baby. This world is not nirvana, unless one lives entirely in the mind. Then look in the nearest rest home/asylum/special place for special people. This is Belmar, a haven for people to go wild and extreme and nitpick and break the law, then get critical and politically correct beyond reason. ~End pointless rant~

Frank and Company are firing up the cash counting machines in the DJ’s basement getting ready for the big 4th of July weekend. Think about all those cash cash cash cover charges and payments at the bar. Does the IRS get their taste of all that cash or is this all on the down low old school style?

The big question for Frankie tonight – rock the old school ponytail or go with the new school man bun?

What about little Billy – classic slick back of the white hair with cowboy boots?

Will Kip be in the DJ booth tonight?
