   #5- Forget checking beach badges. I want diversity of lifeguards. All the way from Asbury Park down to Manasquan there isn’t one African American lifeguard. There should be 80-90% African American Lifeguards to make up for past discrimination (requiring an ability to swim is just more White racism).

Do you know how many passed the test/traning yet were denied the job? I attended the training before and I don’t recall seeing the “quota” you require even present??
