Shore Blue band plays on sidewalk for 10th Ave Burrito DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from the Senior Building (see it behind Mr. Brennan?)
At this point we don’t know if Democratic Committeeman and Senior Building noise vigilante Gene Murray had any complaint.

My wife and I were walking at Silver Lake yesterday and could hear them playing. I’m sure we’ll hear from the “Citizen of the Year” about this at the next town meeting.
#5. Most likely he will applaud the the band and burrito joint and be rewarded with free beers. Good thing they removed the four port-a-potties so Tommy “Bad Boy” Brennan could set up there.
Is this ADA compliant? Having a band set up in that close proximity to entrance/exit should be a fire/safety concern.

Walk 200 paces to SALT or 20 paces to 10th Ave Burrito or 60 paces to the Anchor Tavern from the Senior Citizens Building. Conclusion: less intrusion from 200 paces away.
Any golfer will tell you that you don’t need an engineer to testify using decibel meters, etc., to figure out that there’s some sort of discrimination going on in Belmar when it comes to transferring the Harmon’s liquor license across the street from their old 507 restaurant. It ain’t pretty folks. How is forcing the Harmons to get relief from the state going to benefit the Belmar taxpayer? It’s only going to cost us more money. Every time we turn around more and more of our tax dollars are being flushed down the toilet.
Matt mortgaging your Belmar with 49 million dollars in bond debt just so he can say he hasn’t raised taxes is raising taxes. Belmar you are not stupid.
#10 Read some of the complaints from Belmar residents and then you might understand why they are not so quick to go public with their problems. There is definitely the right and wrong political party to belong to. It is sad to see what is happening to this town.
