Kid passes out in front of Beach Haus….

I was having lunch today outside the Anchor when a drunk kid came up for a drink. (3pm) The bartender politely refused him. The kid went across the street and passed out in front of Beach haus.

Trash oversight = squirrels’ delight
….this has been out since Sunday evening. As you can see, some of the bags have been torn into by local wildlife…..I’m not actually sure who’s fault it is… DPW website says they pick up on holidays for summer rentals if the permits are in and the stickers on. The stickers are on so either DPW didn’t pick up or the owner didn’t get the permits in on time to get them on the pick up list.
