What is the purpose of NOT VOTING on a bill? I see 13 Senators did so. Since I’m not in politics I don’t get why they do this. Somone smarter please explain.

To the out of town sponsors of this bill, thank you for showing us all that Trenton is a classic swamp which needs to be drained. To all of the legislators who did not vote, get with it and do your job. And to Senator Singer, you will forever have my support and vote.

Does anyone have a good synopsis of this scam from the beginning, with the Jersey City sponsors and all of the donations flying around? This would make for a great 101.5 morning show topic if it is all put together and presented to their morning show host. It’s time to expose all of the crooks in Trenton, and Belmar.

At the very least they should pay some sort of tax or fee to fund the lunacy. Maybe they already paid.

Why are the sponsors allowed to make decisions for our town.I think we all need to ban together on a road trip to visit Vin GOPEL. This should be exposed to all the newspapers before it goes to the next vote to approve.

A town could always put restrictions on a license. Let’s hear from Magovern and Walsifer. Belmar residents need to make this a local political issue.

Slumlords will have to do an about face on this one and provide “Legal” recycling barrels times 8 for the numbers of cans generate by the cretins each weekend. Another Code Enforcement probably was created by the Recycling Red Alert. Too bad the Slumlord tenants don’t have access to the RULES.

What happens to my Wednesday morning garbage pick up when, on a Tuesday night, visitors deposit their trash (non plastic) in my recycling bin?

Do I contact the Best the Clock Revelers and beg them not to use my recycling bin? Do I have to bin dive to make sure my bin is stream ready?

I’ll be ready to pay the $150 surcharge for year yard recycling pick ups like that offered in other Shore towns (see Coast Star).

Clear it came in garbled and a lot of static. I use clear bags for my recyclables so they can see what is in the bag and take it away. I do this with my kitchen garbage also. Are they
both illegal now. And at 80yoa how am I
supposed to be lifting these garbage cans. Please do not tell me to roll them. I have no bars or drunks roaming on my block why am I being punished for
A bunch of slobs who wouldn’t behave like that at home? Avon has back yard pick up why don’t we try that and see how it works here. As far as plastic goes it should be all or nothing.
