Steve has a sip   . Going great!  Just in time for election day…     …Not!     Six months later….  

Updated plan shaves a foot off the garage to give us some breathing room inside the setbacks.  We made some improvements to the layout inside too.     These are screenshots I took during our session with the architect yesterday.  New plans should be coming in a few days or a week.
