There have been cars parked in front of hydrants near Marina Grille and the cops won’t ticket. It’s like they know the plates of those who could get them fired or something. The other day I happened to be driving behind who I believe was Mike Campbell using a Belmar vehicle with a dog unbuckled in the back of the truck. The entire way from 11th and Main to a private residence a directional signal was never used.
