   7-11 is a Japanese Company. From what i understand there are companies in India that have the expertise to fund the store which includes bringing the whole family over, they have to work in the store, and they fund the franchise fee, fixtures, inventory etc. The operator splits the profit with 7-11 and then pays the monthly loan and whatever is left over is profit. It is not as much as a money maker as you would think.
