   It’s a plug for the Seafood Festival in World Journal, a Chinese language newspaper based I think in Flushing,NY. Came across the link when doing my daily Belmar Google search. My headline (chi hao, he hao) means “Eat well, drink well!” , a common expression in China.

   Many, many years ago, The Seafood Festival was a fun way for local restaurants to promote themselves and have area residents and shore visitors sample their food, and then become customers of the restaurants.
   Then they began to advertise it EVERYWHERE.
   Now, it’s sell as much food as you can for one weekend.
