    lol, so from September of 2013 to August of 2014? Surprised the firm would hold bills for two years if that’s the case. Guess they were pretty confident that a reappointment would come. Maybe Belmar had no money to pay them until those 2015 bond ordinances were in place. ??????

    Belmar has been known to not pay their bills. I know for a fact that their has been times when the DPW workers went to Jaeger to buy something and they were turned away because their balance was too high.
