Robert, it takes no skill to be a “finance manager” it’s a computer program they can to teach anyone….
Don’t be surprised when his “Mayoral” term is over he moves out of Belmar to try to dupe some other Municipality.
I wonder if his representing himself as holding a position of employment that he does not is a crime
$395. @ Brookdale course to Financial Planner Certification?
Anyone can get a license for insurance, mortgage broker, real estate, financial planning, series 6 and 7 just by memorizing the course material. Being successful at it takes hard work and dedication.
Or a fraud who hires a dummy to take the test(s).

I don’t know about things like financial planners. It seems to me Matt drives around a lot. Maybe he’s an Uber driver.
