The Ferreira File, the result of another great effort by Ted Ehmann in 2013 to get at the truth about Belmar’s Sandy expenditures.
Still, the payments to Ferreira were not included on a payment of bills list or voted on by the Council until the Star reported on the problem:
Outstanding work. Thank you Ted.

“Oversight”? Are they kidding – like the oversight regarding the missing Shoprite gift cards. Just because people in charge are stressed because of the storm’s impact, that is not an excuse for sloppiness. In fact, slowing down and double checking would make more sense to make sure errors and oversights do not happen. Fire her. Oh, that will not happen as truth-spinning is her specialty. Not credible, as I recall a judge characterized Ms. Connolly.
You are Most Welcome. As I recall, Belmar ( Ms. Connolly) went to the 11th hour on my request of records complaint in Trenton before the release of the infamous wire transfers. As I pack for our new home, please remember folks that Robbin D. Kirk is still and will be getting a nice pension for being C.F. O. of Belmar Borough. End of subject.
