   “Erich Ritter, a research associate with the University of West Florida, said there’s “no way” those fins are from a bullnose ray.”

   Someone should probably tell the shark expert that the Mayor is always right.

   U seem a little late to the party summer timer. To my knowledge there is an existing redevelopment agreement, approving the use of an outdoor bar plus two approvals from planning board. Sounds pretty safe to me

   From firsthand experience, the town can delay your transfer…. The state will have the final say in the matter and they will get a transfer…. Try the attorney S.S. in the Atlantic City area…. He is the best in the state and I used him for all matters even though he is every far away…..
