A powerpoint produced by Appraisal Systems, Inc for the taxpayers of Manasquan.

In practice I’m not sure that the methodology in Belmar was quite so vigorous in light of the fact that they never even asked to come into my house.  I was so looking forward to showing off this classic 1977 American Standard.  Could someone please forward this picture to them?

Cream was a very popular color that year.

    a original water closet can be a good indicator of vintage of a house …. just lift the tank cover …. turn-over …. and read the date.
    BTW- the Admin’s 5 gallon tank offers superior flushing compared to modern fixtures.
