Bid envelopes for pavilion concessions opened at March 7 meeting.
Taylor gets single bid for $9100/month.

Richard Bott of Merri-Makers Caterers will be setting up shop in Taylor.
I heard that he’s the best wedding caterer in the state so I’m looking forward to seeing what he does there. Maybe I’ll go try some wedding cake.
The guys at 10th Avenue Freeze out did what it took to hold onto their namesake location.
Doesn’t it seem like Belmar hardly gets any bids for anything anymore?

Is this a seasonal rent? Or is this for 12 months?
I believe the leases are 12 month but if I’m wrong somebody please correct me.
The requirement of all food preparation equipment being the responsibility of the bidder limited interest …. the catering company need only make a minimal investment.
Yay, 10th Ave Freezeout…yummy ice cream and an ode to Springsteen
Admin, all of the properties on ocean ave are year around but are only open from March-April to Thanks Giving. Only place open is Three Brothers and & Eastern Lines.
This is why the prices are so high because they’re paying rent 12 months out of the year.
Did you forget Playa bowls, waffles, Dunkin, 7 11, FISHING CLUB etc?
The winners are the private livery services.
Does the 8th Ave crap come back?
get rid of the Yellow Lemon.
Gene, The ugliest organge container and the lemon thank you very much.
That orange trucking container is an eyesore, and the lemon belongs in Seaside.
10 years on the big buildings 8 years on the smaller ones. But that bid was per year and something else was added. Sorry it was a while back I forgot. They had to finish it with a gift on something and money deducted. I should have stayed out of it.
He was storing the lemon in back of the restaurant. There is so much stuff back there now even after they made an effort to clean it up it looks like a yard sale and there us no room for the
lemon.
Stench, Stench, Rats. Who would eat out of any of those vessels is beyond me. The parking lot behind Belmar Home Drugs tells the real story of what you may be eating from Brandl
