I have a feeling they’ve recounted the ballots down there already more than once. That’s probably why it took them so long to declare the results official.
Doesn’t mean there isn’t going to be another recount on the 29th. But you can’t challenge unofficial results so they had to be made official first.

Can’t believe all the people that voted for Tom. Must be all those current and retired Union workers. Sad most individuals can’t think with their brains and not some party line BS. #1 Change was necessary.

Voter intimidation that’s how. Must be one of the Soprano(s) promised certain votes and now they know they were finked.
Just because a certain amount of mail in votes were received doesn’t mean they should all be counted.
Maybe it was junk mail.
#2 – Old man, This video will show you the Unionism I knew. It was the work that mattered. If you didn’t “hit it hard” as we used to say you were immediately fired and told to find a job in a mail room and it was a Union man telling you that. Of course, that type of thing is unknown today, but it was the way of things in my work when I entered Ironworking. I knew the man the video focuses on. He was a good Ironworker and a nice guy (Harold’s passed on now) – an American Indian. Enjoy this video. It’s a time gone by. I loved that work. I lament it’s passing every day.

Some were possibly lost in the mail, mangled by postal equipment and unreadable, who knows. Maybe somebody with a mail-in ballot died before mailing it, or suddenly developed memory loss and forgot.
