Still Nothing Official

State website mum on appointment:

As of this morning, help still wanted

Strangely, there’s only one small mention on the Mayor’s Facebook.

And Schneck hasn’t cut his hair yet.

The mayor may embarrass the new governor if certain matters are discovered in the (late?) vetting process?. C’mon, Gov., don’t be fooled by the toothy smile and power broker wife.

Looks like someone is already wanting to use the mayor’s potential influence, if I read that comment according to my understanding.

It’s no mistake this position doesn’t require Senate confirmation…it would be tough for Matt to get!

Scene: A well appointed corner office in the otherwise drab DMV headquarters in Trenton
    Cast:
JANET- A bright, competent DMV employee who worked her way from issuing drivers licenses to the executive halls of the agency. She possesses a keen understanding of the agency’s mission and parameters. She is an expert in policy and regulations
    MATT- A hapless political hack

    Scene One:

Janet- Well here is your office Mr Doher..
Matt (interrupting)- Please, call me sir
Janet- oh, im sorry, this is your office, sir
Matt (laughing)- HAHAHAHA. I can’t believe you called me sir! That’s so cool! Hahahahahaha
Janet (patiently waiting for him to stop laughing)- yes, well… if there isn’t anything else, I have to head back to…
Matt (interrupting)- hey, is that my chair?
Janet- well yes, this is your office
Matt (spinning in the chair while looking at the ceiling and smiling)- Weeeeeee!
Janet (looking increasingly uncomfortable)- ok well I must…
Matt (interrupting)- hey, when’s my break?
    Janet- you’re break?
Matt- I like to watch Magnum PI. Do you like that show? Bah bah ba ba ba! It’s on at 11. Is there a TV here?
Janet- well, we actually have a budget meeting at 11.
Matt (looking frightened) um, yea yea, right. Ok, Hey, DMV…that stands for something, right?
Janet- yes, yes it does. Ok well, I’ll see you later today

Leaving the office and closing the door, Janet bows her head and quietly weeps.

    #4 Well done!

Then the indictment for racketeering happens…or not.

Matt: But, but, they made me do it.

Janet: Shut up, sir, I mean, Matt. Don’t spin in that chair too much, it causes brain damage.

#4, your script is errily like the Seinfeld Episode when George gets Private Office for an Account that he’s to work on for a week, etc.
Even Kramer had a similar episode. Do you think it’s possible in the Dirty case? The shoe really does fit the Belmar scenario.
