So happy for you! I guess! Well maybe happy not so happy. Uhm. Wait. So that means your moving?? Out of Belmar? Away from all this excitement?? What in the world are we going to do without you???
Admin, a lot to be said for the free state but it is pretty d–n cold up there. You sure you want to leave before you are really sure The Mayor has moved on to his political reward? [and is it skis, snowshoes or mobile?]

Now I have another reason to envy your move. HGTV highlighted Hampton Beach on one of their shows this morning. The beach, the town, restaurants and shops all look wonderful. Congratulations!
