Number 7 should spark some interest in Belmar
I made sure to include that one in the screenshot.
Belmar’s bail out plan should be to get rid of the Queen of Mean. Ask any homeowner, business owner or Borough Employee (who is not afraid of retribution) what their feelings of Colleen are. There is one common denominator in all of this and it’s her.
#3 Spot on! The ladies at boro hall cant stand Colleen but are afraid of retribution. I will say that more and more of them are becoming more vocal in public about their dislike for her and the way she treats people.
Colleen works for the Mayor, not the residents of Belmar. You want to get rid of her, do not vote for Brian for Mayor!
Not one of them is to reduce spending.
Last I check Colleen has had a unanimous vote of confidence at the last two reorg meetings (Jan 2017 & 2018). Why should we believe now that Mark will change something? He didn’t even give a statement of Uncertainty before voting for her twice. Mark and Brian are the same person with the same beliefs. Look elsewhere Belmar.
Walsifer talks a good game but you cant believe everything he says. On the other hand, McGovern is just a dope.
Does anyone know why we have a big water stain on the ceiling of the mega
million dollar Taylor building? It certainly can’t need a new roof yet. I
hope. Maybe the birds ate the shingles.
I hope not. It will be not so nice to
have an occasion under a mess like that. New paint will never hide it. We
just have to wait and see. As usual.
Mark Walsifer had every opportunity to call out Colleen. He won’t because he’s a sheep. Has Walsifer done anything to earn a vote ? Speak up Mark, say something !
I’m not running for office so I don’t car what fight I pick. But if a man is running for office he must pick his fights carefully. Coming out against the woman at this time serves no purpose. Once he’s elected, then there’s time enough. But first, let’s get behind Mark and get him elected.
#9, maybe we can also find out why the vinyl flooring in Taylor is coming up, right near the badge sales. Or maybe why there’s no door on the lifeguard tower in that other million dollar building we’re not fully utilizing. I’m not sure either one of these candidates will fix or answer to any of this.
Once the booze flow went underneath the catering hall vinyl flooring was, essentially, saturated with alcohol. Stinks of mildew too.
Off topic: I want to thank the Belmar Police Department and in particular PO Michael and Anthony, for coming to check on me before I was to attend Dave and Karen’s farewell party. On a sunny, very busy Sunday afternoon you guys pulled out the stops to assist a neighbor.
Job done beautifully. Kudos to the entire PD.
#11 I agree with you. He has a campaign to run and cannot fight every battle with the Queen of Mean. I hope once he gets into office he gets rid of her. I pray the residents of town see that the current mayor is an even bigger dope than Doherty was. Time for change in this town. Vote for Mark Walsifer!!!!
