Brennan And Walsifer sat up there while all this was happening. They voted yes on past budgets. Didn’t they really bring to light their own incompetence ?

I thought that was the argument for building to Hurricane standards. Built to any less standard and it could not be insured. And now to hear that the town never got insurance? Wow! EPIC should be back on site to fix the leaks on 10th ave pavilion. I am sure if a three or more Union workers stood around and looked at that door long enough, they could figure out a fix. Since they were required to have apprentice programs to get a contract, perhaps the apprentices could figure it out for them.

I don’t buy that it was a design flaw. There are houses all over town with doors facing North and East with rain blowing against them. Do they all leak? I doubt it.

The newspaper accounts should recount the notice that Mcdirty deliberately chose to ignore selecting Belmar’s prepaid defense representation by seasoned insurance defense law firms at the rate of $160 per hour versus choosing his politically connected private law firm that billed Belmar at the rate of $425 to $825 per hour. And then Mcdirty chose not to send those exorbitant bills to our insurance company in order to be reimbursed at least at the rate of $160 per hour. Insane.
