Build a real hotel complex there. We get rid of the crack house hotel.
Turn it into a parking lot for Marina Grille (at their expense) and use the marina lot for boaters only.

I’ve heard that the owners of that establishment were connected to the old administration and were therefore untouchable.
Like your idea. Marina Grill should buy the property and pave it for parking.

I know the police have to enforce the law as it exists but the whole thing is futile. Unfortunately, many people want illegal drugs and where there’s a market, people will supply that market.

It’s also interesting that I believe in the not too distant future, the government will be the suppliers of drugs to the people and nobody will remember there was a time when drugs were illegal and the government tried to stop people using drugs.

Lastly, I understand the fix is in, in Trenton, to put a $42 tax on an ounce of marijuana thus saving the existing illegal drug dealers in our wonderful cities from going out of business. I love our legislators.
