Hopefully all the people who complain about D’Jais and then go get a free meal, as always, actually show some civility and don’t grab food with their bare hands like savages.
You’re all forgetting one very important fact: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE MEAL.
D’Jais, love them, hate them, or be indifferent towards them, costs you money. A lot of money. Directly and indirectly we are all paying. Yes they have a right to be there and operate a business. But living in this town and going there for a “free” meal is like accepting a slice of pizza from the guy took a dump on your kitchen floor.
Enjoy
Right on Captain #7. I recall in recent weeks that some dope commented on this blog that the bars (D’Jais and BA)pay for the police baby sitters at their facility. That may be true for the hourly wage but I would bet this is pensionable time for the officers so I guess the taxpayers really are in the end paying for their babysitting efforts while the one percenter owners laugh all the way to the bank like they have been doing for decades. What a sham
DJ’s got just what they wanted with their focused payola political efforts to operate in the off season. The Soprano State at it’s finest. I wonder if our toothy governor will make an appearance at DJ’s on parade day like he did last summer so the cretins there can bow down and kiss his ring
Anyone know who has Taylor Pavilion reserved for Parade day? Will Spartacus Cory Booker be here? Will the great Bob Menendez be marching in our Parade again this year?
The three amigo owners of djais are busy firing up the cash counting machines in the basement right now. Need to make sure that the machines are in good working order to count all that cover charge CASH CASH CASH on Sunday. Does the IRS and State of NJ get their tax taste of all that CA$H
Who Pays for all the parade expense? I personally could care less if it was one event we had to get rid of because we are so broke. Along with cut backs on all these major salaries we are paying for, when will the cut backs be announced?

Sadly the bad weather will hurt a venue like Bar A
10am Freeloader Breakfast !!!
Watch and see who comes out for a free meal. All the 2-faced residents against Djais but love a free meal.
What the hey if people want some free food I don’t sea anything wrong with it

lotsa law enforcement in town for the parade … D’Jais shouldn’t be the problem.
I see nothing wrong with a free meal at all, Actually think it is smart to offer if people will be drinking past their limits.
Also they are so far from the parade route I dont see this being a problem. The police presence is so strong; they will do the right thing I am sure.
