Fabulous Dave and Karen! Congrats!
Thank’s Aileen, we couldn’t have done this without all the loot we got from selling our house in Belmar.
BTW, I forgot to mention that my office has an exhaust fan so I can smoke in there when it’s 10 degrees out. Also, all the doorways on the ground floor are wide enough for a wheelchair so when we can’t walk anymore we can still live in the house.
Also, I have the plaque that Jim Bean gave me on the wall in the kitchen. When visitors look at it I always have to tell them that I was really big in Belmar.
