Way above average trouble trying to hire somebody. No need for positions.
Docs say Campbell will be resigning mid 2021. How much leave could he possibly have accumulated?
All this nonsense – just to get Huisman on the payroll? Is he really THAT good? Why are they making up positions for him? It sure pays to be in with the in-crowd.
All this finagling just to justify the hiring of that XXX Huisman. What a waste.

Now I see why they gave the bogus title of building and grounds director. So they can justify his salary. He couldn’t pass the chiefs test after all his FBI training and probably can’t pass the electrician test. So let’s make up something else for him to rob us of.
Kirschenbaum should be fired. Complete mismanagement.
So did Housemen get a pay raise or was his salary lowered or did it conveniently stay the same?? Get ready for another tax increase, he needs a new boat.
Thank you Mr. Admin for this work. Can you just imagine what the telephone conversations sounded like. These docs. are only what the people put inwriting knowing they would be opra-able. And who really knows if this is a complete divulsion of your request? Can anyone answer why great lengths are being made to “find” this guy a high paying job? Peter principal. It’s why government is a failure in all quests (vaccine distribution).
Just to clarify, I didn’t OPRA this. A Belmar resident did and shared it with me. Actually the OPRA is now up on the Borough’s OPRA page and I see Cynthia Cotton is working as a consultant to the Borough..

The levels of deceit that the mayor and Kirschenbaum are pulling to hire this guy is unbelievable. If they just did the right thing from the start and hired a normal guy at the starting salary none of this dissension would be occurring.
#7-You are 100% correct. He comes in and thinks he can do whatever he pleases without any consideration for following the proper channels.
DPW – C’mon, these guys never did the “right thing” in their lives. Now they’re all pushing, or are in their 60’s you expect them to make a 180 and start doing what’s right? As we used to say many years ago – Never Happen GI.
We got rid of King Campbell now we have King Kirschenbaum. At least he thinks he is. He should be next to go.

I heard a rumor today on main st the the AG office is investigating the activities of Campbell, Kirschenbaum, Huisman, etc. Not sure if it’s true. Anybody?

If no one investigated McDirty theres no way anyone’s looking at the current regime. Not to mention the fact that its not sound practice for the AG to let word of their investigations reach the main street rumor mill. Get real.
This type of thing is like a game of “musical chairs.” These type of sh*tbirds go along and cheat the people for a long, long time until something happens and the music stops and one of them is left standing without a chair and is made to pay the price for all the cheating of the people that has gone on for years and years.
Usually they all have exit strategies well planned out. And then some. Let’s see how much was stolen when 2020 salary payout list comes out.
It won’t come out unless someone OPRAs it.
