On Wednesday night’s agenda:

RESOLUTION NO. 2013-

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PERSON-TO-PERSON AND PLACE-TO-PLACE TRANSFER OF PLENARY RETAIL CONSUMPTION LICENSE NO. 1306-33-007-002 FROM BARCLAY BUSINESS LLC TO D’Jais, LLC, t/a D’Jais  FOR THE PERIOD ENDING JUNE 30, 2014

WHEREAS, application has been made for a person-to-person and place-to-place transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 1306-33-007-002 from Barclay Business LLC (currently held in pocket) to D’Jais LLC, T/A D’Jais; and

WHEREAS, said application is accompanied by report from Chief of Police and pending reports from Borough Inspection Officials,  Fire Official and Health Officer. Occupancy will be determined once the renovations are completed.

WHEREAS, said license will be held in pocket as an inactive license.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council that a Plenary Retail Consumption License be issued for the period from to April 17, 2013 to June 30, 2014 both dates inclusive.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Borough Clerk be and is authorized to sign and deliver license certificate to said applicant.
