  4. Excuse me. We used to have two mini golf courses, one at 16th & Ocean and one on top of Belmar Playland. We have always bathroom attendants on the boardwalk and chair and umbrella rental concessions come and go all the time.
If that’s your claim to fame on your resume then you are a true moron. Bye bye.

Ask Reggie Hyde how Bar A in AC made out … NOT … best of luck McDirty. AC isn’t Belmar and their lifeguards are unionized and probably throw people off the steel pier that mess with them. Hopefully you won’t make a wrong turn down the wrong street one night. I am subscribing to the AC newspapers this week!

Just saw on the news the mayor of Mt. Vernon NY was arrested on corruption and fraud charges. Also misappropriation of campaign funds being used as a personal piggy bank. Sounds eerily familiar. Just saying….

I really miss Mickey & Lisa. Too bad they were driven out by Ken Pringle’s administration. Pringle had a vision of million dollar water front properties instead of having Belmar a tourist destination.

Only difference here is.. Matt is selling our town to the marketing companies, when in the past… Pringle & Zimmerman ran the show in the 90s & 20s..

Again Azpirins? No worries, Mutt will rescue Belmar from any other Democrat that may not get his approval to sit in his lofty seat until June. Talk about no vote of confidence folks!

Now that Jim Keady isnt getting the Democrat line in the Congressional race maybe he’ll move to belmar to be mayor in chief with Mutt’$ approval over the lessor candidates of course.

So in all of the 50 states there is nobody else more qualified for this job then Matt Doherty? See this is the problem with politicians and these patronage hirings. This is OUR money being paid to less than qualified individuals and those taxpayers who agree with this behavior deserve to stay aboard the sinking ship named New Jersey.

15: Don’t you think Casino Confederates would have figured out how to draw investment in and about Atlantic City by now if they really wanted to do so?

Obviously once in a Casino it pays them to keep the gamblers/clientele within their walls and not out on the mean streets surrounding their casino (s). Whatever happened to Tom Carver?

Does anyone actually believe Matt is driving to Atlantic City from Belmar everyday??? That’s a hell of a commute. If that jeep is around town from 9-5 – Monday-Friday, Murphy should be exposed for appointing him to a no-show job!

Murph the Surf is fully aware of the short comings of Belmar’s Mutt Mayor. Mutt will play himself out because history has proven his credential history is rather soft. Remember this new Governor has been made aware of the fact that, despite his current patronage position Mutt, prior to moving to Belmar with his politically connected spouse, Mutt’s work Hx hadbeen very spotty, plus his governance in Belmar consists of a small Borough that, in its entirely, is only 1.3 sq miles. Mutt’s no Atlas in the Pantheon of political hacks.

Chuckle of the day. Gov. Murphy is blaming the poor shape of N.J. Transit on former Gov. Christie’s choice to run the system with his “political cronies”. What’s that say about A.C. Talk about ” the pot (head) calling the kettle black”.
