You don’t have to look at Texas, look at the cost to build some of the newer homes on Ocean Avenue right here in Belmar. (which costs include the cost of the land) and see what you get. Someone, it would seem, would be in line for a huge profit on this proposed structure.
Yeah, I chose Texas and Arizona because the land is cheap. Of course we get no land at all for our $5 million.
At least we don’t have to worry about undocumented ( illegal ) immigrants here in quiet little Belmar , NJ as opposed to all those flooding the southwest. That alone is worth the inflated prices in NJ vs TX an AZ. You can just imagine what their school taxes are? Not to mention the crime?
ANONYMOUS, Sir, take a look around. Belmar. It’s full of illegal aliens. Just go down to Belmar, elementary school (probably 55% children of illegal aliens) each schoolday and look at all the children of illegal aliens lined up early in the morning to get their “free” beakfast (they get free lunch as well).
