The traffic is like a Merry-Go-Round on Steroids on the first blocks of 18th 19th and A streets during the summer. If anything a cop should be stationed on the corner of 18th and A streets from 4pm until 3am. It’s crazy. The livery cab industry has taken over the streets and they are sharks who want to feed! More dangerous than those drunk drivers they are now picking up. And, by the way, looks like the local ABC in Belmar doesn’t care about overserving those drunken zombies maraudering through our streets do they? Maybe the local ABC has an Annual thanks for putting up with us drink/meal at the end of the season too? Reminds many of the old election day schemes in JC where the ward healers lured the drunks in to vote by giving them booze. My how sophisticated the lemmings of today are, nothing but cheap whores, for $1 drinks and buffet you’re bought off.
The traffic on the narrow streets is bad enough without adding to the problem. The house on the corner of 18th and Laurel terrace is planting plants between the sidewalk and the curb. It looks like a jungle. When you are leaving Laurel Terrace, the plants block the view of eastbound traffic. If nothing is done to remove this hazard it will only get worst. Next year the homeowner will be planting tomatoes, corn and watermelon at the curb!
#4 – Mayor Wilton allowed it and promoted it on the LC electric billboard as a garden to go visit. I say you go visit it, get T-boned in the intersection and then sue LC and Mayor Wilton $$$

Yes they are. I measured every street yesterday.
D’Jais wanted 18th and 19th to both be eastbound in the summer for the taxis and Ubers, the rest is collateral damage.

Eugene, please reevaluate street sizes on 21st and 22nd Streets in LC. I guess they don’t count because they are in the West side of Main Street.
