You may recall that the AshBritt complaint was punted by the Department of Community Affairs over to the state Attorney General’s office. The AG “investigated” until Doherty gave Governor Christie a major assist in the David Sampson/Dawn Zimmer redevelopment extortion case that was part of the Bridgegate scandal. The day of the assist the AG produced a letter informing Doherty that it was dropping its investigation of Matt “Dougherty”. I wrote about it in 2014. Story can be read here. Unfortunately the videos in it seem to only play ads now.
After the AG dropped the case, it was up to the complainant to re-file the case with the DCA, which Bean promptly did. They’ve been sitting on it ever since.

Why is there a NYPD helicopter flying over Belmar this morning????
Good for Belmar. Everyone needs to see how this mayor operates. Remember Belmar, “It’s people, not politics” HA HA ! What a joke this administration has become.

De Blazio wanted to what Fulop was getting from mcdirty’s freedholder campaign war chest too. Maybe there’s a free beach offered by mcdirty for bus loads of New Yorkers day in Belmar all on the Beach Utility’s tab. Or stab, whatever.

Whoever inherits the HUGE tax hammer we will get hit with (49 MILLION in debt vs 19 MILLION when the dougherty regime started) will have to have the talents of Alan Turing in order to get us out of the vast hole mcdirty created before the next generation cometh.

Unbelievable! The same Leo Ayala who owns (“silent owner”) of Benny Burger who got Cry Baby Mayor Wilton to change to 2AM closing for all stores in Lake Como. 16th Avenue is a disgrace at 2-4am on weekends. Funny how Ayala use to also live next door to Wilton too. Wilton is just as dirty as Matt and does whatever Matt says. Maybe someone needs to connect the dots from Ayala, to Matt, to Wilton ???
This helicopter escapade is a literal example of “pay to PLAY” – it is imperative to vote NO on September 27th.

#18-19 Nasty…It sounds like you have a personal axe to grind over this Home by Summer house since you have posted about it under multiple subjects on this blog recently. Maybe you should file a complaint with whatever agency you deem necessary. It seems like maybe you know something…or maybe just want someone else to do your dirty work.

#22 I am not saying there is not a problem. And I am not defending the HBS issue. I don’t know all of the actual facts surrounding it, only what has been posted here. It just seems to me that if “Everyone KNOWS”, then maybe everyone should be contacting the proper authorities who can deal with it. What do you know? Please elaborate.

I have notified the proper authority. I hope everyone involved gets what they deserve. Everyone should be contcating the proper authorities but what I have noticed with Belmar is their is alot of bark with not to much bite. People know their is wrong going on but wont do anything to stop it. The mayor has been getting away with so much illegal stuff from day one.
