Only watched the first 30 minutes of this meeting and had to stop it to go and vomit. Santa Clause wins the award for the biggest golden kuhonees on the dais. He has the audacity to ask meaningful questions NOW. What a show. Go back to worrying about plastic bags. The end of your term can’t come quick enough.
Totally agree #1. He sat up there and nodded his at everything like a puppet. He is clueless. He was complicit or ignorant to everything that went on for years and now hes surprised! He is the new dope. Then at the end he says something about the new microphone system. Duh, you couldn’t have thought of that all the years you’ve been sitting up there. Although, we were probably better off not hearing what he had to say anyway. Other than him, I think the meeting was start in the right direction.
The other Tom backed Doherty’s deconstruction of Belmar, his fraudulent Pavilion votes, donated to Mcdirty’s campaigns and did Zero to get Mark to clean house. He’s so sophisticated and worldly that he “Earned” his way on the Council, how?
#3 By being a Wall Township fireman and befriending Jim McCracken.He has lived in Belmar for how many years? Can someone please tell me what he has ever done to help Belmar residents. EVER?
Carvelli seemed a little arrogant and full of himself. I think Walsifer could have done better.
#s 1&2 – Brennan was there because he was what he is, a total sad sack (like the old comedian, Flip Wilson used to say, “What you see, is what you got”). Matt, no rocket scientist himself wanted as many of Brennan’s type (completely inexperienced – I didn’t want to say dumb) as he could get around him so he could go about his “business” unquestioned.
#3&4: why don’t you ask Tom2 why he supported the pavilions? Did he vote for Matt or support anything else that Matt did? Why the heck did his wife donate to attend a fundraiser? Did he contribute to Mark’s campaign? What has he contributed to Belmar and his Southside neighborhood? I’m sure everyone would like to hear some actual facts because your posts don’t reflect them.
Never heard of Thomas Carvelli until 2 weeks ago.
