It appears as though the DEP has learned a few things after the Belmar-Chefs deal. Point by point. Maybe the DEP could assist in the future when our deals are being struck, in an effort to protect the residents form these money grabbers.

NJ DEP, GreenAcres did not involve themselves until ground breaking for Marina Grill which was years after Redevelopment contract with Chefs International and violations sent to Belmar post 9th Ave. Pier. Lesson for Brick is just do it like Belmar and then F them.

#2. FYI all the particulars in DEP response were on the books and legal statutes when Belmar planned and built at the marina. They are not a result of Belmar. Belmar ( Connolly Inc.) ignored ALL. As #3 stated they do not enforce. Good reason to have NJ taxpayers pay for staff at DEP. Right?
