Today Karen and I contacted the architect and ordered up the construction plans. The only change is that the basement walk-out doors will be swing open doors (for my snowmobile?) instead of sliding doors.
Bob Gray Construction, of North Hampton, NH, will build it. (Yes he can!)

New Hampshire called. They said they are closed for emergency repair and to try back in a couple of years. I told them I would pass on the message. Sorry bud.
That’s funny, we spoke to Bob today and he didn’t mention anything about it.
NH is just an average state. Their real estate taxes are very high. The food is expensive and the drinking water is polluted with liberal particles. I know there isn’t a state income tax or a sales tax. That means they must be ready for bankruptcy. Well NJ has all those taxes and it’s almost broke. So??
Hey, let’s wish the admin and his family the best outcome of their courageous move. Booze used to be cheaper up there, but have not been to NH for years. And as far as I know, admin is not a drinker, God bless ‘im.
the doggie door is nice
It will be used 100X more than any of the other doors in the house.
I would consider moving there but aspirins are way to expensive for my wallet.
A couple of Artic Cats would fit perfect through the swing outs!

Very nice Dave. Although I see an issue ahead. I’m assuming you and Karen are taking the master downstairs ( you are aging a little) sooooo, who gets that nice big room upstairs?!? Will the sisters draw straws?!?!?!
It’s for Katrina and Eugene.
I’ll call for a reservation
