I think these properties probably costed taxpayers more than $570K

 

 

The article mentions that an action last December netted $1.6 million.  I believe that was the auction that the writer of this story was anticipating.

 

 

So they got a little better than ten cents on the dollar.

BTW, there’s a lot of information about the CRDA in there, some of it not very flattering.  I think probably they waste a lot of money.  There’s also a link in there to a story about them giving themselves raises while the state was pushing the city for pay cuts and job cuts for police and firemen.

Don’t worry, Matt will clean things up.
