Can We Build It?

We hope we can!

Karen and I met with architect Wendy Welton last Thursday and yesterday received a PDF of our updated and expanded version of Wendy’s “April Calla” design.  Yes, April.

 

Not sure why there’s two columns at the end of the porch.  I’ll have to ask her about that.

We have a site engineer making sure it will fit on the property.  It’s going to be a little tight but we think it will.  Then we have to see if we can afford to build it.  It’s going to be a little tight but we think we can.

    Three car garage. Guess on is for the snow blower(s). Is the snow fall just average up there?

    Even though the temperature only averages about 5 degrees colder than Belmar that’s enough to produce about 4 times the average snowfall.

    My Ranger 4X4 will be in the 3rd garage so it won’t need to be plowed.
