You all know me. But what some of you might not know about me is I’m a Union man all the way. Like any other man made organizations they make mistakes but Unions are better than no Unions. If you look at the video below, I guarantee you, that is what these corporations have in mind for the working man and woman. They want to reduce us to the level of an animal. Don’t think I am saying anything good about Matt. He’s just doing his usual politicking. He has zero in common with working people.

#4 Maybe 40 years ago I would agree. Today, the Federal gvt , State gvt, local gvt is your union. More and more laws concerning workers rights. Most people have the ability to change jobs at a given moment. Do your job correctly and the company will need you more than you need them. Minimum wage, OT rules, family leave, fica taxes, futa taxes. Need I go on?

Let me understand all of this. If Shore Point is to be run out of business by this boycott, who will take over the distribution of these brands and what is the likelihood that they would hire union drivers?

#7 – Sir, These lousy companies want to reduce the working man right back to the way it was in those coal mines in the video. Make no mistake, They want slaves, not workers.

Lousy companies are just people working. The management will at times suck. However every person should know their limits and deal with that. If can only drive a truck and want to be a Dr. then go to school.

#11 People make their own choices your opinion of reducing people as slaves is just Union Propaganda. The open boarder folks is encouraging lower pay and unskilled workers. That is THEIR choice to risk their lives to cross the boarder and taking any job they can get.

Can you imagine the bar backs at our Belmar institutions unionizing? The bartender tips his bar backs. If they are unionized then the house is in charge….. low wages, no incentive to speed it up and keep it stocked thus no tips.

I believe they use a distributor who picks up large shipments once or twice a month. You would not see daily deliveries coming out of their bays. That would come from their distributor. A good thing, no?
