are hardhats and porta-potties available to all?
I wonder if residents will be graced with the presence of K Williams bestie,The one and only HBS recipient poster child wonder woman to bring in this joyous occasion. After all she is the face of Sandy recovery in Belmar.
This has got to be the biggest political farce this numbskull has ever dreamed up. What a buffoon.
Ever notice how much BALLYHOO is associated with “POLITICIANS” seeking “FREE” Press Coverage when they are running for elected office?
The newsroom editors and the USED PUBLIC must be saying “Fool me once”…..
You’re paying for this BELMAR BUFFOON’S DOG AND PONY show at the worksite on Ocean Avenue. Watch and see if mat tries to again try and use the beach utility fund monies for this campaign that he saved the shore after sandy, NOT. PHOTO OPS, nothing more.
Brandl is on my boycott list.
Brandl has been in the tank for years!
He’s going to have the restaurant in Taylor.
Sinage???
Yo dip-s&%* ! The pavilion looks like crap and more than half the town didn’t even want it or them. Add the marina building to that statement. You’re a mess, just resign already.
#10 – Agreed. I thought they said it was going to be a replica of what was there. It most certainly is not.
The clumsy building blocks the view of the ocean and is it really on the original footprint? Looks “off” to me. But who cares, right, as it has been pitched to the people as FREE FREE FREE! I wonder if Magovern minds losing the ocean view from his house.
Boycott Brandl.
I bet Claire will be there telling everyone how wonderful the new building is and and what a fine job the Mayor is doing. Enjoy yourself Claire, the housecleaning will soon begin.
Do not support matts’s crass political thumbing his nose at us. Either boycott or protest at this sham “matt cares about Belmar” event!
Now if someone were to go there, fall and get hurt, who’s responsible ? This is still an active construction site. If I’m the contractor I wouldn’t allow it and as a Mayor I wouldn’t allow it. I think back to when Ocean Avenue was off limits because it was an active construction site. Now Lawless Matt wants to stage a political photo op. Jackass.
Add hardhats to the list of expenses. Matt can wear one – that would look impressive in his pic. A real hands-on guy.
Wonder if OSHA is ok with this?
#17 – Sir, OSHA is just another Anti-American federal government organization. The idea of them having anything to do with “Safety” is just a ploy to punish certain groups or employers, etc.
Leave the kids at home. Does not sound like a safe event.
Special liquor licese dispensation to be entertained in light “Sandy Superstorm” recovery?
