That there was a no-show fire marshal in Belmar is not an accident.

The consequences of inhaling black plastic smoke is incalculable. Just ask 16th Avenue residents.

How and why did that marina grow so big that the neighbors have boats hanging onto their properties. Where did the three foot space law go.

Maybe the marina people got a variance; could be that the zoning board analyzed and saw no problems. Who is friends with whom? Who owes whomever what? That is how things are done around here. Just sayin’.

There were no fatalities at the marina fire, and the wind direction did not make things worse. If there were deaths, then higher-up investigators may be onto something, as they would be more motivated to dig deeper. I wonder what the investigation of the 14th Avenue fire that had two fatalities discovered.

Let me get this right, your inference is equating the need for actuarial death toll tables caused by fires to justify extensive fire investigations similar to fatality calculation required before traffic lights are installed?
