What is our town engineer’s name? I appreciate his report on what is going on in town. I’m assuming he is a new hire.

It sounds like the RFP process could use some improvement. RFPs should be posted on a public website and it should be incumbent of the developers/contractors that want to respond to monitor and download amendments. They should also sign and return those amendments with their bid so the town knows they saw them. It should not be the responsibility of the town to track those who obtained a copy down to provide them with each amendment.
Gee more booze for people
Will the no dogs on the beach rule ever be enforced? See people walking dogs on the beach and not picking up after them almost every day…..
#5 no it won’t be enforced. Cops would have to get out if their cars for that. Plus they have bigger fish to fry I guess
Nope, no dogs on the beach or at the little marina beach, will ever be enforced. Not even the leash law is enforced at the beach or marina beach.
Unfortunately dogs are allowed on the beach after Oct 1st. It’s the small few who dont clean up and let their dogs run unleashed that ruin it for everyone else.
#8 Not to be contentious but most people I see are walking their dogs without leashes. And judging by the amount of droppings, its not a small few.
