Day 21

Contribution page was updated today, but there’s still no link to the Democrat 29 day pre-election reports that were supposed to be made available October 6th.  (There are two reports, one for the mayor’s committee and one for the joint candidate committee.)  I found the reports on the NJ ELEC site last week and put them up on this blog.  Why aren’t they on Belmar’s site?

10-27 DISCLOSURE PAGEThe fact that there were no contributions in the period is irrelevant.  The reports are supposed to be up there.

To the fine gent that has this site,Job well done if you could also remind everyone there are other people to vote out, specifically the ones that are self serving, biased based on his or her beliefs and not for the greater good.

We need to get rid of all the scoundrels and elect responsible rational people.

Keep the local non-focal. Haha – that rhymes. I am no wizard, but this is smelly to me. Dave, you are almost as cool as Lieutenant Dan.

    Ask the mayor tonight,

What have you promised Djais owners that they and their entire staff are working harder than anyone else in town to see that you win.

Klein’s has proposed 2 5 story mixed use buildings with 60 residential units on their property. The other buildings in town are only 3 stories. I’m curious to know what made them think they could propose 5 stories. If and when the political donations are disclosed, it will be interesting to see if their name is listed!

Tulip-I believe it will be done in two phases. Not sure which one starts first. Fish market and house will be torn down and replaced with a new building. Next, the parking lot and the building adjacent to it will be cleared and replaced with the second building. This is a separate project from the old Pied Piper building proposal.

Ben Real-Thank you for the information. It might be a little tight but that doesn’t stop anyone from moving forward.
