#s14,15&16 – It’s interesting how logic is such a difficult thing for many people to grasp theses days. Up is down and left is right to many people. These type people are seemingly nice people, but there is something out of kilter with them. I noticed this many years ago in my trade and couldn’t figure out how such young men couldn’t figure out the most basic concepts. They were smart enough but there was something missing in them. These days there are just many more people like that. I don’t know what could be the matter with them.
#17 Tom i think it is in their DNA, they have always believed that the Government should take care of you to some extent, now it has gone all the way literally from cradle what baby lives or dies to doctor assisted suicide, to everything in the middle.Bernie has never denied being a socialist and with college loans and wrong decisions what to go to college for, some cannot pay the loans and live, and find the jobs that were there when their parents were young are not there anymore. I remember people saying work for the phone company or pse and g and you have a job for life, its not like that anymore. Their politics have become their religion!

#19- Privilege and racism, I don’t think so. Please consider this scenario. I own a house, pay my taxes, and contribute to society the best I can. I need to work two jobs to do so. I put a fence around my property to feel secure, my right, and put a gate on it with a sign, “No, trespassing “. I wake in on a Sunday morning and, to enjoy my one day off a week, I pour myself a cup of coffee and attempt to sit on my porch and enjoy the fresh air. To my surprise I find a person( red, yellow, purple black or white, doesn’t matter) has broken my gate, walked onto my porch and urinated on my love seat(sorry if this is hitting home to those that live by D’Jais). I attempt to rouse the drunken, CRIMINAL and need to call the Police. The police arrive, escort the person off my property and issue him a summons to appear in court (whether he will show up or not is another story). The Police apologize and leave. It has now cost me a bundle to pay for this entire incident. My taxes just went up to pay for it. I am on a fixed income. My plan was to have a nice shrimp dinner but in stead will have hot dogs because I can no longer afford the shrimp due to the fact that my taxes went up to deal with paying for this Criminal. Welcome to America. PS- Oh, and I am not a racist, I find that those that use that word need to look into the mirror, for they truly are the racist.

I think we can all agree we love immigrants over Nazis and Racists. Immigrants all traveled to form America. The word missing is ILLEGAL. #19 – It’s interesting your leap of thought from a discussion to people who disagree with you are bad. I wonder at that. Is it mere altruism or does it move beyond. I don’t think you’re a bad person for your thoughts. I do think something is wrong with you, but not that you’re a bad person as you think people such as myself are. At some point, if gone beyond, even the best things in life become bad, even altruism. I advise moderation sir/madam.
Tom Dilberger repeat after me: applying for asylum is NOT illegal. Go after those who hire undocumented immigrants, they are the criminals exploiting workers and refusing to pay livable wages to employees.

Here’s a name of a famous liar who got shot in NYC many years ago. He lied on his application for political asylum. Amadou Diallo did this and was mistakenly shot to death up in the Bronx by the police who were looking for a rapist. So that just goes to show, [honesty is the best policy]. If he hadn’t lied on his application he may well be alive today.

I read the Journal and the Times. If you take away the Op Eds, don’t get swayed by headlines and don’t pay attention to article placement you’ll find the exact same information is in both papers. Both are respectable and have legitimate journalists looking for truth.
They are both mouthpieces for the state. I subscribe to the Journal and find all kinds of bs in it.

In our time it’s actually the opposite direction – the press leading the prez (not the prez leading the press). I only know of Fox doing that. I know you can tell me how brainwashed or stupid I am, but a better way to prove me wrong is to show me. If you can give me examples of Fox news reports disagreeing with President Trump’s actions, please post them.
