And our New Mayor rehired the head of the DEP for 3 more years? What changes are you actually making Mayor?
Head of DPW was voted on by the council. Not one said a word. We have another scared bunch of know nothings that will vote along to get along. Keep voting them out until real change comes.

Vote them out. And have Marina grill stop dumping grease down the drains. One can only wonder what effect this bar has had on taxing the sewer system. $235k a year does not even come close to what this will cost. Thanks Matt.
Require Garbage Disposal Unit(s) in every slip sink in every establishment, immediately by Ordinance, if necessary so they will all be compliant.
Assessment(s) must be imposed now on those businesses that foul the sewer lines. The bad with the good because it’s clear where the culprits are located: Food establishments. Why should the stupid residents shoulder their GREASE!
#2 Head of DPW is a retired LE. Mayor is also retired LE, the Belmar town BA is retired LE, the new code guy is retired LE, and the head of the beach front is retired LE. Do you see a pattern?Did I miss anyone?

#6, great point ! Favors,favors and more favors. Not impressed with this new administration at all.
#6- The new Boro Admin was the DPW’s boss when they worked together at the Prosecutor’s office. Just like ol times. Don’t forget Mayor and Acting Capt. Cone all worked police cases together with unqualified DPW boss. Getting the band back together.
