Guaranteed they get a free pass all summer. They’ve had plenty of time to prepare for this. All the other bars complied yet this Zoo continues to make their own rules
What a blatant disregard for society. Suspend their liquor license and shut it down once and forever.
Mayor Mark gave them the riot act? Please. He allows his friend Ed Kirschenbaum to be the Borough Administrator without knowing a single thing. Keep spending money Ed aka Colleen 2.0
Frank and company were in the basement late on Sat night, counting $ with the bill counting machines buzzing away and laughing all the way to the bank. Very $orry you $illy pea$ants.
They have to do better! Ownership and management should be ashamed of the way things were handled on Saturday! Bartenders wearing masks but not security?!? ALL Employees needed to be wearing masks. Not even the dj was wearing a mask! Do it Right or Don’t do it all
I’m SURE the police were there at the door. Didn’t they do anything? Who’s in charge of enforcing these executive orders anyway???? Can anyone say nonfeasance?
Belmar cops were there in their usual spot with no masks gleefully watching the patrons. When hired to work the door at Djais is these pensionable time for the officers on the Taxpayers’ dime?
I think they should just open D’Jais, that way the wild patrons will be inside the place and we don’t have to see them!! Get them off the street. The kids don’t care if they catch the virus. But I don’t want to see them. Put them inside and out of sight.

Ya wanna defund the police?? Fire the ones standing there allowing this to happen. Funny we, Belmar, allows this crap but yet lets cancel the surf camps for the kids. I’m sick of these people running this place. They should be ashamed of themselves. I can guarantee you the Chief won’t be at the next council meeting. Too much explaining to do. Where the hell are all of the Walsifer supporters????? Cricket cricket. Wimps.
