…Kapalko’s the one in default!
Common Sense legal expert Tommy T reacts to Doherty’s claim:
Speaking of turkeys…….
Spring Lake officials found to violate Civil Rights of resident.
Case argued and won by Roger McLaughlin, who represents Harmon brothers in Belmar suit.
Right to proper zoning enforcement action by officials found to be “substantive” right. Repeated failure to do job deemed a Civil Rights violation.

If the statements attributed to Doherty are proven true in a court of law, official misconduct charges will probably follow. Good luck Matty boy- you’ve soiled the office of Mayor long enough.
Some statements are simply accoutrements to the truth…
Gedouddaheah, Matt.
Please bring legal expert Tommy T to the next Mayor and Council meeting so he can sit in the front row and go “gobble gobble gobble”. Poor turkey may get massive indigestion. Is he one that Obama excused from the hatchet chop?
I heard he’s going to pardon Hillary instead
Probably so or find some new loophole for her to wiggle through. The infamous wiggle room is not strictly confined to Belmar.
#2 That’s ridiculous. Makes about as much sense as Colleen Connolly’s contention that the 5th Avenue Pavilion is an accoutrement to the boardwalk and Buy a Board money should be applied toward its payment. The judge did not accept that explanation. About those Buy a Board donations – what happened to them?
The Harmon Brothers and their Landlord Mr. Kapalko and his partners are being railroaded by the mayor and his henchmen. Outta your pockets baby.
Who do you believe in this lawsuit?
The Harmon brothers and G.Kapalko and
Partners are the victims in this case.
We have a mayor when he speaks thinks it is law. Well we all know that isn’t
true.If you retread what has been going on through the years besides being a
joke it is illegal and still goes on.If
I didn’t vote for this mess and the others why am I expected to pay for any of it? Where is the Justice in this?
What agreement did the mayor actually sign? Go to the document(s). Are they hidden in some non-transparent safe? Rush to judgment without the facts, in spite of Belmar’s history of “duplicity”, may or may not be accurate. Only the lawyers know. The Council is likely in the dark as well, as the hit and run mayor does his own thing.
