Public Trust Doctrine not so vigorously applied up here.
Is it true that only B Street east has the resident only parking signage ? Seems like the other towns restricting parking are doing it town-wide.
Likewise, I thought Public Trust Doctrine required equal beach access for all peoples … until I checked Island Beach State Park:
RESIDENT PARKING $6 weekdays $10 weekends and holidays
NON-RESIDENT PARKING $12 weekdays $20 weekends and holidays
#1 it is very easy for Spring Lake to enforce no parking every house has off street parking we don’t.
Eugene: You know how much we respect you but please, in future, don’t give the taxman any ideas.
great way to launch Pay-by-Plate parking along the beachfront … just attach information stickers to all those orange traffic barrels
