I’m very happy to see something named after President Andrew Jackson, one of our greatest presidents. He successfully fought off the national bank and successfully defied the supreme court. He also suppressed the first attempt at secession by South Carolina (“Nullification”). What could be better than that?

Let’s and ’email park here to revitalize the neighborhood didn’t factor in the electronic age, no walk in necessary, except Court, or course. Remember all the beautiful this in JC?

Count the number(s) of buildings in Asbury Park that have been revitalized by private investment including the building on Lake Avenue that houses KIVVIT. It was Private investment and bravery that took the initiative with there own money to start the restoration in the once beautiful Asbury.

Replace Boro Hall Complex roof now. Why the 25-28 year old roof wasn’t replaced when the braintrust gutted the centralized office space on 6th Avenue and changed that space into the much acclaimed “Community Center”(fizzle) is beyond anyone’s basic logic. Of course, there was that other opportunity to replace the roof and that was post SANDY. Tweedle dumb an Tweedle dee made the decision to neglect the obvious replacement of a 25 – 28 year old roof for some nefarious reason which is now clear.

The California data reveals American Health and Education Clinics LLC to be a Delaware corporation with a very impressive address in prestigious Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. This Chadds Ford address is also that of The Brandywine Companies, a real estate brokerage and financial services company. Brandywine’s “People” webpage shows the founder, chairman, and the CEO of Brandywine to be Scientologist Bruce E. Moore; Moore’s Scientology service completions are extensive. Moore and his Brandywine Company are listed as members of Scientology’s business front, WISE, in 2001 and 2004.

Asbury is a REvitalized city. It was a CITY and is again a CITY. It was actually blighted. Belmar is a different situation. I do like more happening on main st., but 5 stories and that many apartments with little parking is too much. Soon we’ll all pay for parking on our main street I bet.

The great divide still exists in Asbury. Try as they might properties on the west side where public offices were placed were not purchased. Those that were purchased are rented and guess who pays?

Main St is not the place for so many new apartments. It will lead to parking woes, too much traffic and too many people in an already congested area.
Add more open space land with trees…not apartments or bars
