Eight Days……

BTW, I OPRAed a copy of Judge Gummer’s November 17 order so we can find out for certain what the parameters of the recount are.

Will post it as soon as I receive.

#5 This issue is still not resolved as far as i can tell and it is the concern i have raised here before. I know admin felt that he got nowhere when he tried to complain to some county officials. The fact is people can live in multiple locations but may only vote in their place of domicile which they must choose and which therefore excludes other places they may live. So how do we assure that the law is followed? As you say, do the people charged with keeping things regarding voting honest do the proper scrutinizing? checking that people don’t vote in other counties? in other states? Is there a well functioning system that for example won’t permit one or two people to change the result in a close one or two vote election such as the recent one.

You are not supposed to be able to choose what town you vote in just because you have more than one house. Whichever house you spend 183 or more nights in is the location you are required to use as your legal address and vote from if you wish to vote.
