Name of Dem campaign committee violation of ELEC rules.
NJ ELEC rules are very specific about how committees must be named:
“Putting Belmar First” has neither the names of the candidates or their party affiliation. It has to have one or the other.
They are going to have to rename their committee and re-set up their bank account.

DUH….I’m the mayor now and I’m Teflon just like Matt and if only I can put together two cognizant sentences without mumbling….duh…..
Dumb, ditty, dumb, dumb,dumb.
The ineptitude never fails to amaze me.
Welcome to the “new” Belmar. They don’t need no stinkin’ rules.
Uh..I told you they were way below average.
Hi all- My name is Putting B First. I legally changed my name to that so Brian and Jen can use it as a catch phrase. I know you’re all thinking, ‘hey wait Putting, you’re not one of the candidates’. That’s true but as you can see, the rules in the NJ ELEC clearly says ‘options’. So you all run along now. There’s nothing you have to worry your pretty little heads about. We have everything under control. Disperse people…leave it alone…it doesn’t concern you! You are merely a flock of sheep! We are in control and if you step out of line, well, I don’t have to tell you the consequences. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to donate some money to myself so that I can rent a helicopter and land it in a public park so I can show my girl how insecure I am. Thank you.
#3 – The “new” Belmar seems two be a lot like the lod Belmar.
Nothing will happen. After all the crap Doherty pulled violating pay to play laws in his unsuccessful run for Freeholder, I have no faith in anyone enforcing election law violatins.
You go Putting! Don’t let the people get you down! You can count on me, B. First, to back you up. When pesky residents ask questions at meetings, I’ll continue to text you with quick retorts. When that fails, I’ll continue to use my signature ‘I don’t understand’ look, and when all else fails, I won’t hesitate to use my crying skills. My signature hair flip will continue to divert attention while simultaneously signaling Colleen to step in and rescue you from those meddling kids. We got this, Putting.
From bad to worse? There was formerly an appearance of twisted design, now just ineptitude up front with manipulation behind. That’s almost the same in effect, I guess.
Regarding “putting”, how many trees were sacrificed to install that stupid miniature golf course on Route 35, huh, Mr. Shade Tree Commission leader?
