The current voter database shows Dariusz Targonsky registered voter at 611 10th Ave. First voted 2010 general election and voted last year in general election. So whats up?

I am confused. Why would this guy live at 611 10th Ave. when he has a 8 year old custom 4 bedroom home with a whirlpool in Master Bedroom and a huge in-ground pool, professionally landscaped in Jackson Twp. Please explain.
