Does that mean that an “Entertainer” who normally charges, let’s say, 6k for a regular gig would be giving a political candidate an “in kind” campaign donation in that 6k amount? If so, can that “Entertainer” then use that 6k in kind “campaign donation” as a tax write off?
My guess is that they will both say something like, “um…what office? we didn’t use any office. we don’t know what you’re talking about.” That’s usually the kind of lucid and well thought out answers we’ve come to expect from our town leaders.
Thank you as always for your well documented work on this as a whistle blower and for the voters in Belmar. The fact that 7 days before the referendum To either reject the revised Pay-To-Play Ordinance or restore our existing ordinance, the violations mounting and then this, 7 days before the overwhelming defeat at the polls…I hope those who voted make them clean it up. Matt’s buddy Chris Christie now has a 17% favorable with voters. Matt must be somewhere around 25%. Action will be required by Belmar voters. Exactly what space ( who owns 0 on 10th was used?
Actually this is false. The office was specifically for Monmouth dem candidates such as freeholder and surrogate. I actually worked there for the election and we of course supported fellow democratic candidates but this was not an office for belmar candidates, nor did we canvass or do any work for these belmar candidates.

To the extent that he has receipts for all his/her expenses. Not the $6,000.00 gross

The plane flies the plane; a pilot is redundant unless you are Sully

#7 Sorry, that just does not fly. There was a big Magovern Blackburn sign in the window there, as I recall.
10: We all saw the signs. Roll the tape, that is, if you choose to contest.
